Refund Policy

  • Upon completion of our evaluation of your return, we will initiate the refund process. We will validate the refund reason. Only valid reason like some page is missing or spotted then we will deliver the perfect one to replace. If we are not able to deliver the perfect one then refund will be applicable. 
  • The availability of stock with the Supplier determines the possibility of a replacement. In the event that the product is unavailable, you will receive a prompt and hassle-free full refund.
  • Please be aware that the refund value of your order will not include the non-refundable charges, such as the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge.
  • If you have opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), there will be no refund as you haven't made any payment for your order.
  • Refunds for payments made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer will be credited back to the respective payment method.
  • In case of a technical error resulting in an additional online payment, a refund will be issued promptly.
  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, kindly contact us at, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
